We are Rony & Ali and we´re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for professionals to join us in our spacious 4-bedroom house, with a lovely garden.

The house is conveniently located about 10-minute walk from Clapham South station and a shorter journey via buses. You will find Abbeville Road and Clapham High Street nearby, with plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, shops and clubs.

Our house featured a well equipped open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, and wine cooler. it is also connected to a spacious living room with a large TV and dining area. Additionally, there is one separate toilet, and one bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The house also features a big garden for BBQ or enjoying a coffee outdoors (when possible XD)

The room comes with a built-in wardrobe and additional wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed and bedside table. The available room can be yours for £625 per month. excluding bills.

-Internet £10
totalling £100 per month
we also chip in an extra £10 for cleaning products (toilet paper, kitchen towels, soaps, sponges, wipes, hand wash, house needs, etc..) so no need to chase anyone
