Double room in Old Town

I am so sad to be leaving my beautiful flat, which has been an amazing place to live, because of the house and the people. Looking for somebody who will enjoy it just as much.

The place is ideally located just a six minute walk from Clapham Common station and in eyesight of the common - literally such a perfect location!

The room is a decent sized double room and given the area and how nice the flat is, the cost is an absolute steal.

You would be living with two fantastic flat mates, Isa and Alex. We have lived together for more than a year now and I’m really sad to be leaving as we’ve got on so well and really made this place our home. Isa and Alex both work in marketing, have active social lives, like working out and sharing the occasional drink together. We also tend to catch up over dinner during the week. The flat is well looked after with a nice, social communal space. We are looking for a friendly and clean replacement who is happy to live in a shared home and to enjoy a glass of wine with.

Rent is £894/month and the deposit is £983.
Bills are around £150 but vary slightly each month.

The new tenant would need to be able to take over the tenancy from the 20th (or maybe the 21st) of August.
We would ideally be looking for someone who would be looking to stay at least until the end of the current contract, ending April 2025.

Preferably looking for someone aged 27 or up who is not working completely remotely, but ultimately it matters more that we find the right person.

If you are looking to work from home there is space for a desk in your room and I also tend to work at the kitchen table. There’s also additional storage space in the flat and a lockable shed if you bring a bike.
