Hey everyone, my lovely roommate is sadly moving abroad, so I am looking for someone to replace her! Looking for a 23-28 year old female 💕

I’m 26 and work in the legal profession. Love going out to see friends and all that London has to offer but equally love a night in binging Netflix, so if you have similar interests that would be perfect!

A little bit about the flat ☺️

- It is a 2 bed 1 bath
- About a 3 minute walk to Clapham South tube and around 10 minutes to Balham
- Opposite the Common
- Has a really nice private garden
- A secure bike store
- Bills come to around £150 depending on the time of year

I never work from home but there is a desk/desk chair set up in the flat - you’d have the entire place to yourself during the day so ideal if you WFH 🏡
