About the room -
This large double room with a sink and shower is situated on the first floor of a big three-storey Victorian house. The room includes a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a set of small drawers.

-Rent and bills -
The rent is £680 and paid on the 1st of the month. The landlord has mentioned a possible rent review in September so this may increase. The bills are not included and come to around £100-150 per month and vary depending on the season.
Cleaner comes bi weekly.

- The deposit -
Is £650 and has to be paid to ensure yourself the room. You’ll have a rolling contract directly with the landlord, however we want someone who isn't going to be here short term.

- The property -
The house is huge with six bedrooms, two bathrooms & two en-suites, a large kitchen, living room and a back garden which is perfect for drinks and BBQs in the summer.
The kitchen is also well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and 2 fridges.

We're super close to Clapham Common with all of the bars, shops, and restaurants and a big Sainsbury's. 10 minutes walk to Clapham Common tube & 2 minutes to Wandsworth Road overground.

- The household -
The housemates you’ll be joining are:
Lucy, 28, trainee clinical psychologist. (Very) amateur runner, likes cooking and binging trash tv.
Niels, 33, Dutch, interior designer. Shower performer, professional hello fresh chef, pretends to be a gym guy.
Dylan, 31, works for a Uni. Welsh, runs home from work and is the number one Red Hot Chilli Peppers fan.
Shannon, 30, from New Zealand, works at an IP firm in city, big foodie and Netflix binger.
Veronica, 29, Aussie, teacher. Loves going to gigs and adding chilli to every dish
