This place is perfect for 2 friends. We are open to having one couple in which case they would have to pay the full total for the flat (i. e. total rent for both rooms + bills). We are also open to 3 people living here (e. g. a couple + a friend) in which case the rent would be slightly higher to account for the 3rd person.
