We get on well with the landlord (she's great - been very reasonable, responsive and charges cheap rent!)

Looking for roughly the same household makeup - ideally chilled, tidy and social professionals in mid/late 20s.

Room 1 - £680 pcm, single room with double bed
Room 2 - £680 pcm, single room with double bed

Bills are split - c.£150 pcm each, including cleaner

Communal areas are generous, with separate kitchen, dining & living space, split bathroom and toilet. Washing machine and dishwasher. Location is ideal, 10mins walk to both Clapham north and Clapham common and 15 mins walk to Brixton.
