Clapham North large double room - bills included

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our sociable home starting on 19th August. We are looking for either a boy or girl to move in with positive and friendly vibes, along with being clean and respectful.

Rent: £850 including all bills and council tax. Deposit is £950.

Location: It’s a 5 minute walk to either Clapham North or Clapham Common station. We are right next to the main street, where there are tons of bars, gyms, and cafes. Also a 5 minute walk to big Sainsburys.

About Us: We are a house that enjoys doing things together, along with respecting each other’s space. We have a large living room which we like to hang out in, and will also go out to pubs/clubs together every so often. We all play sports or go to the gym. We work a mixture of at home and in the office. Overall we are just looking for fun people who are not just looking for a place to live, but a place to call home (that was so cheesy I’m sorry)
