Hey everyone - my boyfriend and I are looking for some replacement tenants of our current flat. We are moving out of London and the current contract runs until the 8th of July 2025, with possibility of extension then. The agency we rent through is Marsh & Parsons.

The flat has a lovely patio (gets sun in the morning/middday) with an open plan kitchen, 2 well sized double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite).

The transfer process can take between 6-8 weeks. The process will be lead by one of the tenants. NOTE THE FLAT IS NOT RENTED PER ROOM, IT MUST BE A JOINT TENANCY.

The flat is ideal for a couple or 2 friends looking to share. Please message if you are interested for a viewing. If you end up being the lucky person to take this gorg flat, we will ask you to send 50 pp to Marsh&Parsons to complete tenancy checks. The process is fully lead by tenants.
