We are looking for a housemate to fill a room that has become available in our flat. The room is a double room with a garden facing window. Comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large cupboard in the wall for storage.

The flat itself is on the ground floor of a mid terrace house in Clapham. We have a big open-plan kitchen/living room and a bathroom. There is a garden with table, chairs and BBQ.

The flat is a short walk to Clapham High Street and Clapham Common, close to pubs, bars and restaurants.

There are great transport links: less than 5 minutes walk to Clapham North station (Northern Line) and 10 minutes walk to Stockwell station (Northern Line and Victoria Line). The 88 bus is at the top of the road which goes into central London too.
