Double room in Clapham

Sadly our flatmate is moving out of our lovely clapham flat so we have a room available from September 8th.

The flat is in Clapham park, with about 12 minute walk to Clapham South and 15 to Balham station which has a direct overground to Victoria. Balham high street has all the shops you need (including Sainsbury's, Aldi, Boots) and the Big Tesco is only a 15 min walk at Clapham South.

The double room available has a double bed and plenty of storage, as well as extra storage around the flat. We also have a living room, a cute little balcony and a separate toilet and shower which is handy for those working week mornings.
We are lucky to have a dishwasher, air-fryer aswell!

You will be living with Sophie (26, working as an accounts manager for a start up) and Sophie (27, working as a civil servant occasionally working from home)

We both enjoy doing classes/running together and going out for food and going out on the weekends

We are looking for a friendly, tidy female. Similar interest in socialising (with or without a few drinks) and trashy tv would be a bonus but not essential, however we equally value our separate social lives and time to our selves.

Bills come to roughly £90-£100 on top of rent (council tax, gas, electric, water and Wi-Fi). The tenancy will be signed for 1 year.
