One room available in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, flat in central Clapham. Private Roof terrace, shared living room, and separate kitchen. All bedrooms are on separate floors. Private landlord.

My friend and I are looking for someone to sign on for the final room in this gorgeous flat. My older sister is the landlord so can confirm both the flat and the management are fab. We’re right by the common and have wonderful neighbors. The room available is on the same floor as the living room and shared a full bathroom with one other room, my friend Lilli.

We’re looking for a friendly, fun, clean, and mid twenties flat mate to join us! Lilli and I are good friends so we’d love someone who’s also looking for a social house but is also respectful of our individual lives/schedule, is clean and not fully remote.
