Double Bedroom in Semi Detached House with Gym

We have a double room available in our lovely semi-detached house that we have been renting for the last year. We were very fortunate to find this house and would love to find someone to join us so we can carry on renting it. The house is huge, and comes with:

-Gym on the ground floor.

-Large living room on the first floor.
-Well equipped kitchen and separate dining room on the ground floor.
-10 minute walk to Clapham South tube station and Clapham Common.
-Off street parking for up to 2 cars.
-Quiet neighbourhood.
-Fortnightly cleaner.

We are 3 friends who met in London, working in the civil service, insurance and finance.

We are ideally looking for someone who is working full time and likes to socialise in the evenings and go to the occasional pub quiz/host the occasional dinner party with us. Although we all work long hours, we are all super social, so it would be amazing to find someone who we will become really good friends with.
