Double room available in Clapham South

Sadly I am moving out of my room in this lovely house share after nearly two years! The room going is a double room furnished with a bed, night table with drawer, wardrobe and dresser. The five-bed house has two full bathrooms, a recently renovated kitchen and big dining area, a cozy living room complete with a Wetherspoons-esque carpet (you'll know it when you see it) and a garden!

We want to find a replacement who is looking to make this not just a house, but a home - we are all a sociable bunch who consider ourselves more friends than housemates, but we also all value and respect each other's space!

Hannah, 27 y/o PR & comms manager from Scotland, the best cook you'll ever meet and always ready with the coolest film recommendations!

Maura, 26 y/o copywriter from New York, loves visiting the local library, always up for trying new pubs and giving great book recommendations!

Meg, 23 y/o, physiotherapist from Australia, you'll find her running half marathons before the rest of us have even woken up, and cooking the most delicious veggie food whilst having a great chat in the kitchen!

Kiri, 24 y/o executive recruiter from New Zealand, will force you to cameo in her tiktok videos and is always up for a chat, takeaway or a film in the living room

The rent is £873 before bills, which currently come to about £122 including council tax, which is band F.
