Looking for 1 person to replace this room, this ad is for one of the rooms in the household.

The living room + kitchen are shared but big and with all utilities (dishwasher, fridge, freezer). The house has two individual rooms with two private bathrooms (incl. shower in bathroom 1 and a bath in bathroom 2)

There is also a private garage where the washing machine, the dryer and a second fridge are. This space is very big and we used it for general storage (to keep our bikes, hang our clothes, keep our suitcases when unused, etc.)

The flat is at a 10min walk from Clapham Common tube station, at 2 min from a small Asda and at 15min from a Tesco by foot.

The rent is £1025/month + bills = £1125. The move in date is the 31st of August.

The room is for a young professional, tidy and clean. The other incoming tenant is very nice respectful and clean, looking for someone similar to be paired up with him.

Landlord is very friendly and very responsive with any issues.
