We are looking for one new housemate in our 6 bed house (with a gorgeous garden!) in Clapham North, available 29th September

Location
An absolutely ideal location in SW London 4 minutes from Clapham North (Northern), 10 minutes from Stockwell (Victoria, Northern), 15 Minutes from Brixton (Victoria)

The rent
£905 (possibility this might rise later this year). Deposit is a months rent.
Bills vary but average out at £75 per month
You will need a UK based Guarantor too
We have a fab helpful Landlord!

The rooms
Room is on the ground floor, furnished and a good size- can fit a desk in!

About us
It’s not a wild party house but we enjoy pub trips/common walks/sport/dinner parties. We have our own social lives in London but enjoy spending time together! So would be looking for someone to fit in with our vibe.

We are girls aged between 24-25 who all met on here and work corporate roles, we are largely in the office so would be looking for someone who also works hybrid/in office (no full time wfh or shift workers apologies). We would prefer someone who already has established social life here too.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone of a similar age (24 plus!) who is a working professional (no students - regardless of age/masters/PhD - sorry!) clean and tidy, respectful of space, has their own social life but happy to have a chilled cosy night/wine on the sofa! We are looking for someone who will sign long-term - at least a year (no short let’s/sublets sorry!). Also no smokers allowed. We also need someone who has a stable job/income for referencing purposes.
