Flatshare: Double w/ Two Finance Professionals

Hello there,

I've got a great double room available in my 3-bedroom flat in Clapham, and I am looking for someone nice, chill, low maintenance to join the abode. I currently live with my brother here.

About the flat:
It's a spacious place with plenty of room to breathe (see the living room, dining, garden etc). We've got a large living room where we sometimes unwind with a film on the big TV or a game on the PS4. There's also a good-sized dining room suitable to working from home, a free desk and monitor in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen (including an air fryer, which has been a bit of a game-changer).

The bathroom is pretty nice and we always keep it clean. It will be shared between the three of us, but it's not bad at all if schedules align well. My friend was living here previously until he recently decided to cycle the whole of Italty! Oh, and the bathroom has underfloor heating – a small luxury that makes winter mornings a bit more bearable.

Extra perks:
We have space for parking, which is quite the find in London. There's also a garage where you can store a few things. Just a heads up – it's best to wrap up anything you store there to keep it safe from the elements. Also, I have lived here a couple of years now and not a single package has gone missing and delivered packages are safe from the outside world even when not around. Sounds small but the value in that is unreal.

About us:
My brother and I both work in finance, which means long hours and we're out of the flat quite a bit. We're pretty laid-back and enjoy our own space, but we're always up for a chat and hang out here and there. We love sports, restaurants and are just generally relaxed chilled people. I try my best to go to the gym 2-3 times a week too.

What we're hoping for:
We're looking for someone who'll treat the flat with care – it's our home, after all. Someone who values a tidy living space and can appreciate a well-kept home. If I haven't said it enough, we are very laid-back, drama-free and stress-free people so you will be able to live here without an eye over your shoulder. Given our work schedules, you'll often have the place to yourself during the day (and often evening), so it's a great setup if you need some quiet time.
