Hello there - My brother and I have got a nice double room available in a 3-bedroom flat in Clapham and we are looking for someone, nice and chill to fill the last spot after my friend has gone to cycle around Italy.

The flat is a 12 min walk from clapham common station, 4 mins by bike , and 5 mins on either of the 2 buses that stop opposite the flat entrance.

All bills included (gas, water, electric, wifi, insurance, service charge, council tax etc). saving you the hassle, nothing hidden 👌 Wfh desk available, free parking spot and locked bike shed available.

Background on us is my brother and I both do finance working in private credit and private equity respectively.

About the flat:
It's a very spacious flat with plenty of room to breathe (see the living room, dining, garden etc). We've got a large living room where you can unwind with a film, watch netflix or play the dormant PS4. There's also a good-sized dining room suitable to working from home, a free desk and monitor in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen (including an air fryer, which has admittedly been a game-changer).

The bathroom is pretty nice also with underfloor heating – a small luxury that makes winter mornings a bit more bearable.

Extra perks:
We have space for parking, a garage for storage and a safe place for deliveries and packages, so nothing will go missing here.

About us:
My brother and I both work in finance, which means long hours and we're out of the flat quite a bit. During the week, you will very much so have the flat to yourself. We're pretty laid-back and enjoy our own space, but we're always up for a chat and to hang out here and there. We love sports, restaurants and are just generally relaxed chilled people. I try my best to go to the gym 2-3 times a week too.

What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who takes care of themselves and where they live. Someone who values a tidy living space and can appreciate a well-kept home. Given our work schedules, this place really is a great setup if you need some quiet time but also value not having to be cramped in a bedroom.
