Hi! I'm moving out of my room in this fantastic flat in a lovely old mansions building in the Clapham Park area.
The flat is ideally located - it's walkable to Clapham Common and Clapham South stations. There's a bus stop right outside with very regular buses to Clapham Common and Brixton, making commuting via the Northern and Victoria lines very easy. Tooting Common and Brockwell Park are also within easy walking distance. There is a nice communal garden and it's very safe and secure.
The room is a double, facing on to the garden, with great built-in storage space in a large wardrobe unit. The flat has a lovely spacious living room and a recently-renovated kitchen with lots of cupboard space.
You'll be living with Alex and Isabell, two female professionals who are ideally looking for another gal to join them.
Deposit is £1,115.33 and bills are not included. I'm looking for someone to take the room from Monday 16th September.
