Large double bedroom in Clapham, female housemate

Hi! I’m Alice (27) and I’m looking to find a female flatmate to join me in my flat in Clapham from September. I’ve lived in London for 5 years!

I’m looking for a female professional over the age of 25 who wants to make a house a home and live with someone they consider a friend. I love to treat the flat as a joint space with shared pots/pans etc. Definitely looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

More than happy to sit on the sofa and watch rubbish tv or head out for drinks/brunch!

The flat is super spacious and actually has a 3rd bedroom which isn’t rented out with a sofa bed for guests and extra storage. There is room for a desk in this room. There is a large hallway with 3 huge extra storage cupboards.

Both rooms are the exact same size with built in wardrobes and storage. Windows are double glazed. Mattress is brand new within the last month!

The living room is definitely the highlight, it’s huge and has balcony access and a separate kitchen.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Clapham South tube and has parking through the council. The streets around are quiet and residential and neighbours are pretty quiet and respectful!
