I'm very sadly leaving my lovely house in a great location nestled in Clapham/Battersea meaning my room is now available immediately!
You'll be sharing with Alex, Lexi and Mikensie who are all absolutely amazing, very tidy, sociable and great fun. We're ideally looking for a guy to keep the balance.
The house has a very spacious and well equipped kitchen and living room, with a generous garden for summer evenings (BBQs are a common occurrence). The house is very sociable, hanging out and also going out together very often but personal time/space is always respected!
The location is very well connected. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Common, a 5 minute bus to Clapham Junction or there are 3 bus routes that take you into central London via Vauxhall (10 mins, Victoria line) or Chelsea (15 mins, circle/district etc).
Rent includes all bills (Inc council tax) except broadband and TV licence (approx. £12 a month). The landlord is very relaxed and responsive.
The room has a new bedframe and new wardrobe, desk and chair are optional (I'm happy to leave these if you like!).
