I am renting out a spacious double bedroom in my house.
The room is available from September until mid-May 2025.

The room includes an ample wardrobe. I can include a double bed and duvets, or you can bring your own. There is also a mirror, bedtable and blackout curtains. There is enough space for a desk, chest of drawers and a shelf. The room as a view of the garden. Size is 10 sqm (110 square feet).

The house is located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac near Clapham Park. It is just a 10-15 min walk from Clapham South (or 20 mins from Clapham Common). It is also in walking distance from Balham and Brixton. There are lots of buses too and it is well connected all round .

The house is an ex-council mid-terrace. It has not been modernised, but everything is in working order, clean and the house is very light and spacious.

I am a professional in my 30s I work from home approximately 2-3 days a week, the remainder of the week I work in Victoria. I am sociable and happy to cook, chat or hang out in the evening but equally respect it if people want peace and quiet after a long day.

I am looking for a friendly, clean, reliable and easy-going housemate in full time employment. No couples please.
