Double room in 2-bed house 30+ tennant

Double room in a friendly 2-bed flat with single female and very cute cockapoo.
My current friend and housemate is moving to Texas to find herself a cowboy (she’s been listening to a lot of country music). We’ve got the lease for 12 months and there is potential to extend, the current tenancy runs out late Jan.
Ground floor flat in a terrace. Perfectly situated between Clapham Common and Battersea Park. The Northern Line, overground and national rail all within a 10 minute walk, making it very easy to get anywhere.
I have a 10 year old cockapoo who is very well behaved and a little character. He loves the pub, so he may well drag you there on occasion.
I’m looking for a fellow housemate who’s a professional, preferably who doesn’t work from home often. Just so we can keep it as a place to chill, have a laugh or a glass of wine.
