Hi everyone! I am looking for a female working professional to replace my flatmate, who is moving out in a few weeks' time. We currently live in a part-furnished 2-bedroom flat, with 1 shared bathroom/toilet, as well as a spacious lounge area and kitchen. The new tenancy agreement would likely start from 1st November 2024, and is a 24-month tenancy with a 2-month break clause, after the first 12 months. There is some flexibility on moving dates, since my current flatmate is planning to leave mid-September.
Details (£1,060 pcm - inc. bills):

- Bills are approx. £160 per person
- Council Tax Band B
- 2 mins from Wandsworth Road Station (Overground Line)
- 16 mins from Nine Elms Station (Northern Line)
- 14 mins from Clapham North Station (Northern Line)
- 20 mins from Battersea Power Station (Overground/Northern Line)
- 30 mins from Clapham Junction Station (National Rail etc.)
There are also plenty of bus services available outside our estate, as well as paid parking for residents/guests and additional on-road parking (free in the evenings and weekends). Our flat overlooks a communal garden, with seating available for the summer/spring months. Our neighbours are very friendly, respectful and quiet.

I am a book publishing girlie in my mid-late twenties who appreciates a clean and tidy living space, as I sometimes work from home in my current job. I currently work hybrid, so spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. I enjoy going for walks, having film nights, and exploring what London has to offer on my days off.
