About Me:
I work an office job and work from home 3 days a week. I’m quite active and enjoy spending my free time at the gym, with friends, or traveling. I also appreciate quiet nights in, watching TV with a glass of wine.
About You:
I am looking for someone calm and relaxed who will call this place home. Ideally, someone in their early 30s not working fully remotely. It would be great if we could also occasionally enjoy a meal/drink/board games etc together but also respect each other's space and social circles.
Contract Details:
The flat is rented through an agency, so unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Your name will need to be added to the contract, and there is a minimum salary requirement (sorry, no students). I’m looking for someone who can commit for at least a year.
Rent: £912.50 per month
Bills: Approximately £110 per month and per person (water, internet, Netflix, council tax, electricity, gas)
