Helloooo!! Our housemate is moving out in September so we have a room available in our lovely old mansions building in the Clapham Park area.

👭Housemates: You'll be living with myself, Alex (26) and Isabelle (24), two female professionals who are looking for another gal to join them. I work i HR and Isabelle works in Engineering.

💵 £930 + bills (Deposit is £1,115.33 + £150 changeover fee. this is the 50/50 split amount between you and the current housemate)

- 3 bedroom flat on the ground floor
- one split bathroom (shower and sink are separated from the toilet)
- lovely and spacious living room and dining room table to be used for dinner and work space
- a lovely and safe and secure communal garden, perfect to sit and chill in, have some drinks, picnic and BBQ
- recently renovated kitchen with lots of cupboard space

- room: £930 pcm, comes with a bed + mattress, and wardrobe.
- bills generally come to £110 per month depending on the season
- double room, facing on to the communal garden

- 20 min walk to clapham underground stations (northern line)
- 25 min walk to brixton station
- many bus connections to brixton and clapham commonon the doorstep, making commuting easy

The flat is ideally located - it's about a 20 minute walk to the Common. Tooting Common and Brockwell Park are also within easy walking distance.
