One of our friends is moving to North London meaning we are looking for a replacement flatmate.
The room is £1010 per month + bills.
Harry and myself are two young professionals looking to find an easy going flatmate who is up for a laugh and equally a chilled one.
We do not have a preference over gender providing we feel you would be a good match with the flat (maisonette). We are both very active and regularly attend the gym, run and play various sports.
The room is on its own floor with an en suite bathroom. The property also has a balcony that we regularly use for BBQs (when the sun is out).
