- Pull out desk reserved for tenant in the shared living room.
- Rent is £800 pcm (including cleaner bi-weekly but excluding
bills).
- Deposit £800.
- Move in from 1st October 2024.
- Alongside the living room, the flat also offers a shared large
kitchen/dining space and garden.

We both work full time in culture/property and work one day a week from home. We're looking for someone friendly and relaxed who also wants to keep the flat nice to live in. We enjoy socialising together but also respect each other's space.
