Lovely Large Room Available in Clapham!!

Hello! I have a large room available in a lovely flat close to both Clapham and Stockwell - available from the end of September!
The closest tube stations are Stockwell, Clapham North and Clapham High Street (all within a 10 min walk) - so is perfectly connected to the Victoria, Northern and Overground lines!
The flat is on the ground floor flat and has an outdoor patio area which is perfect for your morning coffee, weekend brunch or after work catch ups with friends!
There are two bedrooms and a large open plan lounge / dining area which leads through into the kitchen. The bathroom is shared and downstairs on the basement level.
The other flatmates are a lovely couple who have been in the flat for 3+ years - both are 30 years old and working professionals. As a flat we enjoyed hanging out and doing movie / games nights but also valued our own space.

We are looking to set up some viewings on the following evenings (from 6:30pm):

20th September
