🏡The house is over 3 floors, it is spacious and bright. It is beautifully decorated as is very homely and cosy which makes it a lovely place to live.

The house has two bathrooms including a washer and dryer. A big kitchen with a dining area which we tend to use 99% of the time over the seperate dining room as well as a lounge with loads of seating and a TV.
🪴We also have a Garden that gets sunlight all day, which is great hosting in the summer with decking, chairs and a BBQ.

🛌 Room 1 is a very spacious double room on the first floor of the house. It has plenty of store and space for a desk to work from home. It includes a super king bed, built in wardrobe and draws and a sofa bed.

👫 After living with Hannah(28) and Emma(27) for a few years they’re moving on. You’ll be sharing with Jacob & I (30). We are both professionals working in Finance and Tech, with a 50:50 split of wfh & heading into the office. We like to do our own things and see our own friends, but do enjoy having an occasional dinner/movie night/house bbq when the weather’s good! Can confirm the garden can host +30 for bbq!
