Hey guys - I'm looking for someone to take over my double room in a multi level flat in Clapham. I have to move back to Ireland with very short notice.
It takes less than five minutes to get to Clapham North tube station and the High Street, where all the best restaurants and pubs can be found.
The bedroom has south facing windows and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. You would have your our bathroom, and there is a spare room that can't be another bedroom so we use it mainly as a drying room but could be used as an office if you need to WFH.

- Rent is £950 PCM (Room is needed to be taken over end of month so the rest of Sept is required to be paid also pro rata)
- Deposit is £1200
The housemate you'd be living with, is a very chilled guy working in enterprise sales for a software company.
