Double room in Clapham

This is a double room overlooking some green space in a nice part of Clapham, 5 min walk from the Old Town. You will be living with me, the live in landlord and another guy. We are both in our 20s and work in property and recruitment. We are social but this is not a party house. You will have access to a shared kitchen with sofa which has been newly done and a newly done bathroom as well. There is a clothes rail and shelves as well as storage under the bed.

In terms of transport links, there is Clapham North station less than a 10 min walk which is on the Northern line. There is Stockwell station very nearby on the Victoria Line, as well as Wandsworth Road overground station. There’s some amazing pubs nearby including the Sun, the Apollo Arms and some great food options like Gail’s bakery.

I’m doing viewings straight away but move in from 5th October.
