Double room in Clapham/battersea

We’re looking for a great new housemate to move into a double room near Clapham old town from late September.

The house is located near Clapham Common station, Wandsworth road overground and also Clapham junction which is really convenient.

We’re looking for a flat mate that enjoys socialising as a group both in and out of the flat. There’s just a chill atmosphere that includes both social and alone time. The current housemates are Beth, Nic and Aaron.
House interests include:
Running
Movie nights
Cycling

The house is LGBTQ+ and veggie friendly!

The room is a double and has a desk which is great for working from home. There’s a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a dining room.
There’s lots of storage space around the house and a cute garden which is perfect for BBQs in the summer. (The room has been painted since the pictures were taken!)

The room is available from late September so looking for someone who is looking to move in asap.

The rent is £770 and bills vary each month but are often around £70-80.
I’ve had so much fun living here and will be sad to leave!
