We’re Alex and Kristina, a couple looking to rent out our spare room. We’re looking for someone a fairly similar age (we’re 27 and 30), couples considered but the rent would be higher. All bills included in the listed price, incl. fortnightly cleaner. Pets considered if they're well trained as its a first floor flat.

ABOUT THE ROOM
A large double bedroom that has just been completely renovated, insulated and rewired with gallery-quality architectural lighting. The room is spacious (3.5m x 4m) and comes fully furnished with a bed, side table, desk with 4k monitor, new wardrobes and gallery-quality architectural lighting.
The room has an adjoining private bathroom with a shower, which has also been redecorated.. Both the bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor, so you’ll have the whole floor to yourself.
We’d love for you to be able to make the place feel like home, so happy for you to hang pictures or bring any furniture you may have both in your room and around the flat.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat’s just been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, with new timber flooring/carpets, lighting, and repainted throughout. We’re very proud of the place and so want someone who will also take care of it.
The living room is large and well-furnished, including an &Tradition sofa, Eero Saarinen marble dining table, 65” TV and beautiful built-in bookcases. It’s a great space for entertaining and chilling out and we hope you’ll love it as much as we do.
The kitchen is great, with a brand new Fisher & Paykel oven, new washer dryer, coffee machine and just about every kitchen toy under the sun. Theres a small WC and another bathroom downstairs, these would be ours but you’d be welcome to use the bath if you ever wanted.
Finally, theres a giant loft space avaialable for additional storage.

We love cooking together and entertaining when we can, and very friendly/sociable. Alex loves a good record, and Kristina enjoys going to barre and spin classes. We like to host the occasional dinner party e. g. Thanksgiving, and you’re very welcome to host too as the flat is great for this.

The flat is right next to Clapham Common, about 10-15mins walk from both Clapham Junction and Clapham South. It's also super close to the wonderful Northcote Road. We both cycle to work (Notting Hill, London Bridge) and can both get there within 30mins.
Availability from 22nd September onwards.
Your room is finished now, but we’re still finishing off a few small redecorating things and unpacking our own belongings - you are very welcome to move in sooner or move belongings in advance if you don’t mind this.
