Hi! We are Alex and Kristina, a couple looking to rent out our spare room. More details about us and the room below :)
We’re looking for a person/couple with relatively similar interests to ourselves and are okay with some working from home, but ideally no more than twice a week. Rent includes all bills and fortnightly cleaner.
ABOUT THE ROOM
A large double bedroom that has just been completely renovated. The room is spacious (3.5m x 4m) and comes fully furnished with a bed, side table, smart tv, new wardrobes and gallery-quality architectural lighting.
The room has an adjoining private bathroom with a shower, which has also been redecorated. Both the bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor, so you’ll have the whole floor to yourself.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat’s just been refurbished with new timber flooring/carpets, lighting, and redecoration throughout. Kristina works in architecture and interior design, so we’ve worked really hard to do everything to a genuinely high standard and decorate/furnish with high quality furniture. We’re very proud of the place and hope you’ll love it as much as we do.
The living room is large and well-furnished with designer furniture, an Eero Saarinen marble dining table, 65” TV and beautiful built-in bookcases. It’s a great space for entertaining and chilling out, from reading a good book to watching movies or having dinner together.
The kitchen is great, with a brand new Fisher & Paykel oven, new washer dryer, coffee machine and just about every kitchen toy under the sun. With this in mind, it’s important to us to find a flatmate that enjoys cooking as much as we do and will look after the equipment properly.
ABOUT US
We love cooking together and entertaining when we can, and very friendly/sociable. Alex loves a good record, and Kristina enjoys cooking, art and going to barre + pilates classes. We love travelling too and trying to make the most of living in London, although we both work really hard in the week so tend to be quite quiet and relaxed. We like to host the occasional dinner party e. g. Thanksgiving, and you’re very welcome to host too as the flat is great for this.

The flat is right next to Clapham Common, about 10-15mins walk from both Clapham Junction and Clapham South. It's also super close to Northcote Road.
