About You: Looking for a considerate, easygoing individual who’s keen to join a sociable household. Someone who likes to have fun but also appreciates the importance of a clean, harmonious living environment.

Rent: £1,095.02 per month (bills not included).

Bills: In total come to around X per month. Including gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi and a cleaner twice monthly.
