Hey, I’m unfortunately leaving this flat to move in with some friends so we’re looking for someone to replace me in this 3 bed flat sharing with 2 other chilled guys.

Both of them are super chilled, mid 20’s, down for a chat and a drink at the local, enjoy cooking and fitness but also will respect your time and space. They work in the city 5 days a week so if you’re working from home you’ll have the communal areas mostly to yourself.

The room is £1195 and that covers everything apart from gas which we usually take turns in putting money into every month or so.

We’re about 5 minutes walk from Clapham North station, the high street and Clapham high street overground and approx 10 minutes walk to the common & Clapham Common underground. The location is great and there’s plenty of access into the city or nice places to chill if you wanted something local.

The flats located on the top / third floor across one level on a residential street, has a nice kitchen / living area and a decent sized bathroom.

No agents involved, we rent directly from the landlord who’s really nice and responsive if we ever need to contact him. Our neighbours are also super chill and I’ve never had any issues in the time I’ve lived here.
