Homely flat - Great location!! *Mon-Fri only*

Hi,

My name is Josie, and I’m 32. I work as an Executive Assistant in central London. I’m looking to fill the spare room in my flat on a weekly basis.

About the flat:
- 3 bed, one bathroom / toilet (3rd room is my office)
- This is my Godfather’s flat, and he rents this to me as a whole, but I am allowed to bring in a tenant on a weekly basis to help with the rent.
- Rent is £600, bills included per month (Monday - Friday only)
- The room has a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and a big built in wardrobe. The photos don’t actually do it justice!
- Available from the 2nd December 2024

Bit about me / what I’m looking for:
I’m usually in the office 3 days a week, and wfh the rest.
I like to keep fairly active, so tend to go to the gym first thing in the morning or after work. I’m usually in on weeknights at the beginning of the week, but do tend go out for dinners/drinks with friends as the week progresses.
I’d say i’m very easy going, and happy for someone to keep to themselves, but equally don’t want to be tip toeing around someone in the flat, so it would be great if we could enjoy a catch-up over a G&T (or wine, or cuppa even!) / watch some trashy TV now and then, if we’re both in.
I like to keep the flat clean, tidy and homely. Just somewhere nice and relaxed to come home to at the end of the day.

About you:
- Someone fairly likeminded with their lifestyle
- Age preference, but a little flexible: 28 - 40
- Professional (sorry, but no WFH)
- Male or Female
- Non smoker! (sorry!)
