Large double room in spacious Clapham flat

Looking for a new flatmate to take over my room in a spacious, friendly flat in Clapham from late October/early November!

The room is a large double with two big windows – one overlooking the garden and the other onto a quiet lane. The flat is shared with two lovely flatmates: Fergus, a 25-year-old software engineer, and Isabel, who works in office management. They're both super lovely and friendly, so ideally would like to find someone equally nice to join them :)

Flat Features:
- VERY large communal lounge/kitchen space with a dining table, comfy sofas and big bay window.
- A large garden, perfect for summer BBQs etc
- One spacious bathroom with a bath/shower combo.

Excellent Location:
The flat is in a really good location, with great transport links:
- 15-minute walk to Clapham Common station (Northern Line).
- 20-minute walk to Clapham South station.
- 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction station (Overground connections)
-Santander bike station right across the road (or if you have your own bike, there’s plenty of space inside to keep it - we have a bike rack and are also on ground level which is a plus).

There’s also loads to to in the area:
- 10-minute walk to Northcote Road, which has loads of cute shops, bars, pubs and cafes etc.
- 10 min walk to BIG Asda, BIG boots and BIG Lidl (Also other little shops including: coop, sainsburys, tescos etc. within 5-10min walk).
- Short walk to Clapham Old Town which has some really nice local gems, including Italian ice cream shop (Nardulli), tapas restaurant, live music bar, charity shops etc.
- Nearby pubs like the falcon or the Sun (lovely beer garden). Or four thieves which is literally across the street and has arcade games, air hockey etc.
- Easy access to both Clapham Common and Battersea Park

Rent is reasonable for the area (£1000 per person per month - bills not included) and the vibe in the flat is chilled but also sociable - sometimes we watch movies together after work or go to the pub, and other times we’ll all just do our own thing!
