Really nice and airy double bedroom available in a 5 bedroom terraced house in Clapham. Loads of natural light and space.

Clapham South station is 5-10 minute walk from the front door. Clapham Common is at the end of the road (5 min walk) and the amenities of Abbeville Road are within a 5 minute walk.

We are all close friends and are looking for someone of a similar age and interests to join our home. Looking for someone sociable to get involved in house activities.

We have a bi-weekly cleaner and obviously sort out the council, utilities, internet and TV bills as a house. We can give an estimate of what this is if needed.

The room itself has loads of natural light and has storage space with a wardrobe and extra hanging space in the room. Additional space is shared around the house.

The house has 3 shared bathrooms (and an additional en-suite for one of the rooms), a very large kitchen, very large living room (with 3 desks for WFH), a garden and a laundry room.

Move in date is relatively flexible, as current occupier is moving home before going travelling. Ideally mid January but flexible if needed.
