En-Suite Double Room in Clapham South ✨

I’m looking for someone to rent my lovely double room with an en-suite. The room is in a 4-bed house located about 12 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station.

The room is super spacious with a large built in wardrobe (including shelving, drawers and a mirror) and an en-suite. It comes unfurnished but I will be selling my bed and mattress (which was bought last Feb) and open to selling other furniture in the room.

The house is very modern and homely and is situated in a private, gated mews. It has a large living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden! BBQ also included. There is also a parking space included with the house (which is really handy for moving in!).

You’d be sharing with Nat, Sophie and Charlotte - 3 female professionals in their late twenties who are very friendly and easygoing. We all enjoy socialising together when we can and are always up for a catch up on the sofa, nice pub night or tennis match!

Looking for someone a similar age (unable to accept students) and someone who enjoys spending time together but also respects personal space. Party days are behind us, so looking for someone who is on a similar vibe!

Rent is £1,138 per month, then we transfer an extra £150 (which sometimes goes up in winter) to cover all bills (e. g., a weekly cleaner, council tax, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and shared basics such as cleaning products and loo roll).
