Splendid Victorian House in Abbeville Village

A delightful 4 bedroom family home in Abbeville Village. The house is large and spacious with a double lounge and double sized kitchen leading to the garden. It is spread over 3 floors and provides a friendly space to my family, my son who is at university my husband and my brother. We have an amazing dog and cat so pets are welcome after discussion. The room is large and airy with an ensuite shower unit. The toilet is just outside the door and is shared. The area has a number of restaurant and cafes and is just a short walk to Clapham Common and the Tube Stations. We are looking for someone friendly to share our home with us. We will consider couples however this will incur an extra cost on the monthly rental.
