Clapham South - Double room to rent

This property is in a beaut spot, less than a couple minutes walk from the common, and five minutes from Clapham South station.

Sadly I’m having to leave the girls to relocate out of London, but otherwise I’d for sure be staying.

You’ll be sharing with two Irish gals, who are both so lovely. We’d be looking ideally for a girl in their mid-late twenties to join. We’ve made this place really homely, and are all friends - so the girls are keen to keep this dynamic.

As you can see from the photos, the house is spacious, with a separate lounge and kitchen, as well as a roof terrace which is great in the summer. You’d have a double bedroom and your own bathroom.
