Huge double room in Clapham

Very sadly moving out of my amazing flatshare with legendary housemates as I'm moving back home to Aus. Looking for a clean, friendly and fun person to take over my massive double room for an absolute steal!

-Quick Overview-
* Located in Clapham Old Town, short walk to Clapham Common
* Rent is £700 and bills (not included in rent) are usually £100-150 p/ month
* Living w 3 guys, 2 girls, so looking for another girl 27+ to keep the balance
* Deposit is £650 to secure the room

-We are looking for-
A female, 27+ years of age who is clean, respectful, a working professional and friendly.

-Room description-
Huge front double room, with big bay windows and is situated on the first floor of a big, three storey Victorian house. The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, clothing rail, desk, dressing table and a 2 seater sofa. The landlord is open to having the room repainted/redecorated. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant.

-Rent and bills-
The rent is £700 p/month and paid in advance on the 1st of each month. The landlord has mentioned a possible rent review so this may increase in the near future. The bills are not included in the rent and usually come to around £100-150 p/month (depending on the season).

-Deposit-
Is £650 and needs to be paid to the outgoing tenant to secure the room. You will have a rolling contract directly with the landlord, however, we are looking for someone who is going to be here for a longer term.

-The Property-
The house is huge with 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two ensuites, a large kitchen, living room and back garden. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave and 2 fridges.

Clapham Common is a short walk away with plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and a big Sainsburys. It's a 2 min walk to Wandsworth Road overground station and a 10min walk to Clapham Common tube station.
