A large, comfortable double room in a bright two-bed flat, situated a five-minute walk from Clapham South station and Clapham Common.

The flat is traditionally decorated, extremely light and airy. There is a kitchen / dining area (kitchen is brand new) and a mezzanine level with a sitting room.

This room is the master bedroom at the back of the flat and has an en suite bathroom (shower, sink and loo)

The flat is (hopefully) tastefully furnished trough out, at least I like to think so. And the road is very quiet, peaceful and safe.

Bills (included) are approximately £150 per month each (including council tax and a weekly cleaner).

I am live here and I also own the place so you can trust I’ll look after it. I work from home 2/3 days a week, if you do to I’m sure there is enough space in the flat to make that work for both of us. I may be taking a new role in the next month which would require a reasonable amount of travel but for now I’m mainly London based. My girlfriend lives in Forest Hill so I typically I spend a couple nights a week there (and she typically spends a couple nights a week at the flat). Im looking for a flatmate who I’d be happy to go for a cheeky drink with at the local but at the same is time okay with us being passing ships if that’s what our schedules say. I'm 35 years old and my hobbies include football, golf, stand up comedy and respecting the hell out of my flatmates.
