Double bedroom with bathroom in Clapham

Hey guys!! 💖💖💖 Looking for someone to join me in sharing this beaut 2 bed in Clapham (literally just off the high street and 5 min walk to the Common).

🚆 LOCATION: It’s got great connectivity (bang in the middle of Clapham North and Clapham Common stations so like a 7 min walk to either) so pretty much most places in central are accessible within 30ish mins and tons of amenities being just off the high street (2 Sainsbury’s within 5 mins, Waitrose, whole foods, lots of cute coffee shops / restaurants & bars ☕️ 🥘🍸 ). I usually don’t leave the area if not for work as there’s so much about! I am well and truly obsessed

🏃🏽‍♀️ EXERCISE: If you’re also an active person - there’s a banging pure gym 🏋️‍♀️ right opposite the building and Clapham Leisure centre within 5 mins also. + many studios (Pilates etc). There are also park runs in the Common🏃🏽‍♀️ (which I go to every Sat morn, welcome to join!) and many sports teams you could join in the Common if that’s your thing.

🏡 ROOM + BATHROOM: it’s a double room that comes with a wardrobe and under bed storage. No other furniture. There is some space for a small table for a wfh situation (we can discuss arrangements to work in the lounge if it works better for both). You’ll also get the guest bathroom all to yourself (as I have the ensuite) - this is a pretty big bathroom with a tub and storage for your stuff.

💰RENT: 1,300pm approx (+ contribution to the deposit) so suitable to someone with a bigger budget (I’m contributing slightly more given en-suite situation which I thought would only be fair). Can let you know re bills

🐱FURRY INHABITANT: being animal friendly is a requirement as I have a cat - a silver Birman / Persian chinchilla mix called Charlie! He’s a playful little boy who does need his playtime (but pretty sleepy during the daytime) so if you’re someone who loves her animals, this will be dreamy for you.

👱🏽‍♀️ME: I’m an Equity Research Analyst working in Marylebone. I work on average 12ish hours per day and work starts just before 7am so I’ve got to be a bit disciplined during the week days - usually do a Barry’s class post work and aim to be in bed for 10pm 😂👵🏽 but I am pretty social and active on the weekends. I’d love to have a flatmate who has her own life but also whose more a mate so its a fun and homey environment we can both enjoy when we’re together (envisioning cooking tog here and there, binging shows, park runs tog 😂).
