Large room in Clapham unfurnished - all bills inc

We are two male flatmates - one british and one french, looking for a replacement for our wonderful housemate who is only moving out (after more than 12 years!) because she is buying a flat! We are very happy for her but now need to find someone else equally great to replace her.

The room is very large, with big windows and is the closest room to the front door/kitchen/bathroom, but please note that it will come unfurnished. There is also no living room.

The location is close to both Clapham and Brixton, and a very well sought-after place to live due to excellent transport, tons of things to do, and lots of nice green spaces (Clapham Common, Brockwell Park, Tooting Common etc). There are lots of options with gyms, parkruns etc, and we even live across the road from a climbing gym. The closest Underground is Clapham North, but you also have Clapham Common and the Overground as well as many bus links. We also have three big supermarkets all within walking distance - Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl.

We are also fortunate enough to have off-road parking, with small space to relax if you wanted. You can also leave your bike safely here. There is no cost to use the carpark if you have a car.

The room is £875 per month (all bills included - gas, electric, internet, water, council tax) and half a months rent deposit (£437.50). Paid each month by the 1st. We are looking for the right flatmate because we are hoping they will stick around for the long term (at least 6 months, as previous flatmates always have!)
