The house is in Clapham, just a 1 minute walk away from the bustling Northcote Road 🍺 ☕️ 🛍️ (10 min walk from Clapham Junction, 20 minutes from Clapham South). 🏡 The house itself is a stunning fully furnished period property, with a nice sized garden and very spacious rooms. We have a large living room with a TV, a kitchen with an Aga and, a separate dining room area.

Ideal tenants : 4 working professionals who, are tidy, social, friendly and respectful. (Unfortunately, no students due to council tax).
⭐️ Room 1: £1,200 Pcm, this is the master bedroom of the house (1st picture)
⭐️ Room 2: £1,175 pcm, this room is the second largest with a built in private shower room/facility (2nd picture)
