Double room in Clapham Common ☀️

Hi all,

I have a Double room in opposite Clapham Common up for rent, as a current flatmate is moving out.

Looking for someone to take the room from the 1st of November. Contract runs until end of September 2026.

The room has beautiful morning sun and is seconds away from the tube (Northern Line).
Location is amazing with all amenities and shops nearby. We’re directly opposite the park, Waitrose, coffee shops etc. so location really couldn’t be better!
There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and best of all… a balcony for Summer BBQ's.

The room is on the top floor of the property, and comes furnished with double bed, x2 side draws, x1 wardrobe with mirror, x1 large draws and desk. The room faces away from the street so you’re free from any traffic noise.

You would be sharing the property with myself (F) and Emile (M). We’re both young professionals, working full time. We both work remotely from home 2 days a week, but both from our rooms so we don’t crowd the common areas. With this in mind, it’s important for the new flatmate is clean and tidy, as lots of time is spent in the house. You’d be more than welcome to WFH a couple days a week as well.

I work in Festival Production, and Emile works in Tech Sales. We’re both avid lovers of travelling, music, laughs etc. We’ve been close mates for a couple years, going to multiple festivals and events together. We’d love for our new flatmate to become just as good of friends as we are. It also means after a long day at work, everyone can chill out feeling at home. Great socialising aside, it’s important for us that everyone has their own space/privacy, with nights in being more common than nights out.

£1,050 per month
£155 for bills (bills are more like £150, but we put an extra fiver into the joint account for any household bits and bobs needed)
