Hi! Going to be moving out of my room at the end of September so looking for someone to take over the tenancy (which currently ends August 2026 but could be extended) and move in with my 2 amazing flatmates. Leaving due to change in careers not anything to do with the flat itself.
The room is a spacious double and comes fully furnished. Rent is £1050/month and bills come to about £150/month but may go up a little over winter.
Flat is about a 5 minute walk from Clapham South station (northern line) and has a spacious/modern kitchen, nice bathroom and large living room.
You’ll be living with Louise (25) and Ross (27). Both professionals (tech advertising and consultancy) who enjoy sports like running/cycling, going to the pub together and watching TV together on nights in.
Generally a sociable flat - we cook for one another, go to the pub together and go to runs clubs, but also happy to give people space to chill in their rooms and keep to themselves if that’s what you’re looking for.
