Hi! Going to be travelling for 2 months (November 1st - January 1st, dates negotiable) so subletting my room in Clapham South.
The room is a spacious double and comes fully furnished. Happy to remove some of the smaller pieces of furniture if you’d prefer but also happy to leave everything. Rent is £1050/month and bills come to about £125/month but may go up a little over winter.
Flat is about a 5 minute walk from Clapham South station (northern line) and has a spacious/modern kitchen, nice bathroom and large living room.
You’ll be living with Louise (24) and Ross (26). Both professionals (tech advertising and consultancy) who enjoy sports like running/cycling, going to the pub together and watching TV together on nights in.
Generally a sociable flat - we cook for one another, go to the pub together and go to runs clubs, but also happy to give people space if that’s what you’re looking for.
