Large Double Room with En Suite in Clapham

A large double furnished room with own bathroom available from 1st December. This is the top floor in a Victorian House and only has one other housemate :)

I have bought a flat and therefore a place I have called home for 5.5 years needs someone else! The flat is 30 seconds from Clapham Common. 18 mins walk to Clapham Common Tube and 13 minutes to Clapham Junction. The road is very friendly and we know a lot of people well on the road so it’s very safe.

The rent has remained low due to being a long tenant and our landlord is awesome.

Current lease until September 2025, but option to renew when up as I have done repeatedly.

Other housemate/ best friend is Ella, 33 and a Canadian who has lived here for two years. She works from home 2 days a week and works in the city.

Pets are considered as I’ve had a dog here and the landlord is flexible. Small dogs and cats only.

Move in date 1st December but can be flexible to move 2 weeks either side.
