Looking to replace our lovely flatmate who is moving in with his girlfriend.
House is 4 bed, 2 bathroom with large kitchen area and separate living space. We also have a garden with a bbq - perfect for summer!
Bills come to roughly £90pp each month.
10 min walk to Clapham Common station.
20 min walk to Clapham junction.
Bus stop very close to house.
The room itself is smaller. However can fit a desk. (See Pics of room furnished with desk but also without). We all wfh 3 days a week - someone who does similar would be preferable.
About the housemates:
We met on Spareroom but have lived together for 2 years. We are a friendly house and are looking for a flatmate that wants to be social. However we all have different careers and enjoy our separate friendship groups too.
We enjoy all kinds of sports (and running). We also like to host the occasional dinner in our beautiful kitchen!
