Looking to replace our lovely flatmate who is going travelling.
House is 4 bed, 2 bathroom with large kitchen area and separate living space. We also have a garden with a bbq.
Bills come to roughly £90pp each month.
10 min walk to Clapham Common station.
20 min walk to Clapham junction.
Bus stop very close to house with lots of easy connections.
The room itself is smaller. However can fit a desk. (See Pics of room furnished with desk but also without).
Someone who works hybrid would be preferable.
About the housemates:
Indi (27), Jess (24) and Matt (27).
We are a looking for somebody who wants to get involved and be friends, not just a housemate.
(We love to watch Netflix, host the occasional dinner party/bbq and Jess is a keen baker so we can always promise a sweet treat!). However we all have different careers and enjoy our separate friendships too.
