My friend Daniel and I are moving into our friends house for 6 months while she is away in Thailand, and need to find one more person!
It's a beautiful house in a centralised location, 2 mins walk from Clapham North station and 15 minutes walk from Brixton market.
The room being offered is a large double, and the house has a large open plan room featuring a cosy loft style sitting room, L-shaped sofa, dining table and a fully equipped modernised kitchen with everything you might need!
We are looking for someone sociable who is happy to hang out and watch films, come to the pub or on a night out and generally get involved. We both appreciate our own space as well, so as long as you're chill, I'm sure we'll get on.
The move in date would be December 1st and the tenancy would last for 6 months. We ideally want to find someone sooner rather than later, so if you're interested please shoot me a message on here and we can organise a meet / viewing!
